Using Mobile Devices to Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Measure the User Experience

Learn how to use real world mobile device to extract the Wi-Fi user experience, the way the device sees it. This course will be a deep dive into the information Android and iOS mobile devices can provide to extract the user experience. You will learn how to perform live experience analysis and also capture logs from mobile devices for later analysis. We will review the tools you can use to capture user experience data. You will learn the common tools available how to capture information and run through real world scenarios to capture device logs. You will be provided with real-world logs captured in high density environments such as stadia for analysis in the class and taught how to find and extract the key user experience insights.
